Respirator Fit Test

Our clinic performs both quantitative and qualitative mask fittings for virtually all types of respirators as required by OSHA and NIOSH.These fit tests can be performed in our clinic or on-site at your facility or project. Our on-site services are performed throughout the Midwest.

The qualitative tests are performed using either Isoamyl Acetate (banana flavoring) or stannic chloride (irritant smoke). Quantitative testing is performed using either the OSHA approved PortaCount or Quantifit respirator testing units. Quantitative testing is complemented by OSHA approved health assessments, pulmonary function tests, TB tests, and chest x-rays, when necessary.
